this ceramic piece is an homage to the place I earn a dollar. here, performers express their art while their audiences drink alcoholic beverages through plastic legs with a heel and fishnets.
In honor of it being 6 years of Mac Miller’s NPR Tiny Desk Concert, here is part of submission for my ceramic assignment: “homage to another artist”
Combination of ceramic coiling and slab work. Detailed in stitching and lettering of "Don't Trip" logo.
(cont.) A midi keyboard that is “cut short” but still represents a physical presence.
I also added my thank you to him and signature on the sides of the keyboard and inside the hat.
